The keys were well organized, the area was safe, the house was extremely clean and had all the necessary requirements for a comfortable stay. The owner was quick to respond and accommodate our late check-out request. The communication with the host was great, and the location was excellent. The size of the villa was perfect, great value for money, and having our own pool was a huge advantage. Staying in a villa in Lanzarote was far better than an all-inclusive hotel stay. We would highly recommend this place for a nice quiet retreat as a holiday.

It was home from home with the added benefit of a private pool. The villa was comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay

The damp smell in the wadrobes, the pool water tasted like vinegar and made one of the girls eyes sore.

Stayed in villa with private pool, felt like a movie star. Sunbathing in peace, sipping cocktails. So posh. Free parking is just the cherry on top.

Mind-blowing! This place exceeded all expectations. The keys were super well-organized, the area was incredibly safe and quiet, and the villa was jaw-droppingly clean and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. We even requested a late check-out, and the owner quickly accommodated us, despite other guests arriving later. I highly recommend this hidden gem for a peaceful and enjoyable holiday retreat.

The privacy and convenience of the villa, having our own pool was great especailly with kids.

Would have liked sheets to be changed during week and and second change of towels but other than that it was great

The location was great as it was less than 10 minutes walk from the beach and all the restaurants and bars. However, it had the added bonus of being in a quiet area and had a lovely relaxing ambiance. Pool was great as was the size and space of the villa. Would recommend it to anyone.

There were ants in one of the upstairs bedrooms and even on the bed which is why we could not use that bedroom. It wasn't a problem as we only needed 2 bedrooms but would be if you needed to use all three.

The location of the villa is convenient, with shops, restaurants, and the beach all within a short walking distance. the villa itself is roomy, bright, and spacious. Some of the positives about the facilities include air conditioning in every room, comfortable beds, and a functioning WiFi.

The kitchen in the villa was poorly equipped and lacked a work surface.

Linen not changed during week stay, towels changed on day 6 only. Door locks very stiff, poolside loungers and chairs filthy. Kettle did not work.

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Bocaina. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the strip and in the heart of the old town and new town. There were plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, as well as a supermarket and shop. the villa itself was lovely, with a private pool and a balcony upstairs to enjoy sunset views. the blackout blinds on the windows were a great touch, and there were even books, board games, a radio, and a TV provided. the lady we met to pay was incredibly friendly and helpful.

We had a fantastic time at Villa Bocaina. Our stay was for 5 nights and we couldn't have been happier. The location is great, with the strip and the old town both within a short walk. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops nearby, making it really convenient. The villa itself, Villa Alicia, was spacious and comfortable. The private pool was a perfect way to cool off, and the upstairs balcony was a lovely spot to watch the sunset. The blackout blinds ensured a good night's sleep, and the added amenities like books, board games, and a TV made our stay even better. The lady we met to pay was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the start.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Stayed at a villa with a private pool, felt like a glamorous celebrity. So lovely to take a dip and pretend I was on a reality show.

Pool not big enough for my entourage of 50, had to make do with just splashing around like a peasant.
